Your CPA isn't a creative problem. It's the page you send them to.

We build the page that goes between your ad and your product page, then we keep it winning. Live in 48 hours.

48 hoursFrom your winning ad to a live page on a domain you own. Research, copy, design and build. No handoffs, which is why it is 48 hours and not five weeks.
One pageOne problem, argued properly, on a domain you own. Priced against what you already spend on Meta, and quoted on a fifteen minute call.

Meta charges you for the click. Your product page throws it away.

The algorithm did its job. It found people who want what you sell, and it billed you for every one of them. Then it handed them to a page that opens with a bottle and a price, written for somebody who already knows your brand and is only picking a size. A stranger who clicked for a story does not need a spec sheet. They need the argument the ad started to get finished.

What are you putting into Meta a month?

That is $10,000 a month of cold traffic. Every dollar of it currently lands on a product page, because there is nothing else for it to land on.

Today $329

You will spend this before tonight. Every visitor it buys opens on a bottle and a price.

This week $2,299

You will spend this by Sunday, on people who needed one more paragraph before they were ready to buy.

This month $10,000

You will spend all of this whether the page changes or not. Today it lands on a page built to take an order, not to win an argument.

Nothing in that list waits for you. The ad is running while you read this, and the only part of it you can still change is what the click lands on.

These are your own numbers divided up, not a projection. The ones that matter are in your ad account, and they are the first thing we ask to look at.

The work

Everyone else shows you a spreadsheet.

Agencies that sell pages will show you a blurred screenshot of an ad account and ask you to take their word for the rest. Odd, for a business whose entire product is a page. Here are two of the pages, and the line each one opens with.

A pre-sell page headlined The Cabinet Test, with a publisher masthead, an annotated photograph and an editorial sidebar

“The Cabinet Test”

Supplements, absorption. Opens on a shelf of things that did not work, then makes the form of the ingredient the whole argument.

GLP-1, aftercare. Written for a market with money and no direct-response playbook yet. Sells the transition, never the drug.

These are concept builds. Nobody hired us to make them. Client work is not ours to publish, so we built these from scratch instead of asking you to take our word for it. The publications and the products in them are invented. We are not claiming a dollar of anyone's revenue. Judge the craft.

Page first. Then the angle. Then the ad.

Most shops sell you a page and leave. The order matters more than the deliverable, and this is the order that works. Each step is its own build, delivered in 48 hours, and you stop whenever you have what you need.

FIRST

Build the pre-sell page

Built from your best winning ad, because that ad already proved which promise your market responds to. One problem, argued properly, on a domain you own. Nothing else changes while we read the result.

NEXT

Fork it into a second angle

Once one problem converts, the same buyer has three more. Same research, new lead, new mechanism, new page. This is where most of the cheap scale is hiding.

THEN

Match the creative to the page

Ads built backwards from the winning page, so the promise in the feed is the promise on the landing. Most CPA damage is a mismatch between those two, not a bad hook.

The offer

One page. One problem. Live in 48 hours.

What it costs depends on what you are already spending, because a page for a brand doing $8,000 a month is not the same job as one doing $80,000. Four questions sorts out which you are, and whether this is worth either of our time.

Everythingthat ships with the page
  • The researchYour reviews, your support inbox, your own ad comments and the threads your buyer actually posts in. The page gets written in their words, not ours.
  • The copyLong-form direct response. One problem, argued all the way down the page, written by a person and not a prompt.
  • The design and buildMobile first, loads fast, reads like an article instead of an ad. That is the only reason cold traffic keeps scrolling.
  • The imageryShot list written and produced, or your own catalog used where yours is stronger. No stock photos of strangers smiling at a bottle.
  • A domain that is yoursDeployed on a domain in your name, linking into the product URL you already have. We never touch your Shopify, your theme or your apps.
  • Two test roundsHeadline, lead and hero rewritten once real traffic has hit it. Included, not an upsell.
If it loses, we build the next one free

Send it 2,000 visitors. If it has not beaten the product page you run now, we rebuild it on a different angle at no charge. Two thousand is a number you can check yourself in your own dashboard, and it is enough to see which way the page is going. You are buying an outcome, not an afternoon of our time.

See if we are a fit Send the ad first

No lock-in and no minimum term. The page, the copy and the domain are yours from the day it ships, whether or not you keep us on after.

Four questions, then a fifteen minute call if it looks like a fit. We quote on that call, and you own the page, the copy and the domain from the day it ships. Already know you want one? and skip all of it.

Then a monthly retainer, if you want us to keep going

A page is not finished the day it ships. It is finished when it stops beating the thing it replaced. Most of the lift on a winning page shows up in the months after launch, and most brands never go back and take it.

Optionalquoted with the page
  • A test round every monthHeadline, lead and hero rewritten against what the numbers actually did, not against an opinion.
  • A written read of what movedPlain English, once a month. What changed, what it did, and what we are trying next.
  • Copy updates as your offer changesNew price, new bundle, new guarantee, new claim you can no longer make. The page stays current instead of quietly going stale.
  • Hosting and speed handledThe page stays fast and stays up, and you never think about it.
  • First call on build slotsManaged pages get the next month's slots before they go on sale.
See if we are a fit

Cancel any time, in one email. No minimum term and no notice period. If a month goes by where we did not earn it, cancel, and you keep the page and the domain exactly as they are.

Built for small brands, on purpose.

The big funnel shops start at five figures a month and only take brands spending fifty thousand a month on Meta. They are worth it at that size. Everybody underneath that gets turned away, and that is who we built this for. You are not buying a partnership or a seat at your table. You are buying one finished page for a fixed number, and after that it is your call whether we stay on.

This is you

  • You are spending at least $2,000 a month on Meta and CPA is drifting the wrong way
  • Your ads point straight at a PDP, or at a page somebody built once and nobody has touched since
  • You have one product doing most of the work and you need more ways to sell it
  • You do not want a stranger inside your Shopify, and you should not have to allow it
  • You would rather buy a finished page than hire a copywriter, a designer and a developer to make one

This is not

  • You want your existing site redesigned. Different job, we do not do it
  • You want someone to run your ad account. We build the page, your buyer runs the traffic
  • You are under $2,000 a month, where there is not enough traffic to tell whether the page worked
  • You want to approve every sentence. Research decides the copy, not taste
On not touching your store. The page is built and hosted on a separate domain and it links into your existing product or cart URL. No theme access, no app installs, no staging site, no dev ticket, no risk of anything breaking at 2am on a Saturday. If you decide you hate it, you change one URL in your ad and nothing about your store was ever altered.

The one line we hold.

$2,000a month in Meta spend, minimum

Under that we will tell you no, and we would rather say it on this page than take your money and hope. It is the only hard filter we have.

It is not about the $997. At $3,000 a month, a page that lifts conversion by a fifth pays for itself inside the first month, and the maths only improves from there. Affordability was never the problem.

It is about whether we can do the job at all. Two things have to be true, and below $2,000 a month they usually are not.

Above that line we genuinely do not care what you spend. A brand at $3,000 a month with one ad that clearly works is a better fit than one at $8,000 spraying twelve untested creatives.

Who you are actually hiring.

69,252,955

Organic views in a single year on one page, with 2.68 million engagements. Cold health traffic, in a language market most brands never touch. Our founder David ran it, and we will send you the screenshots.

That number is the reason this works. It was not bought and it was not boosted. It means we have watched several million strangers decide, in about a second and a half, whether to keep reading. Knowing what survives that second and a half is the entire job of a pre-sell page.

Bad Flows does this and nothing else. Our day to day is pre-sell pages, lifecycle email and the conversion work in between for a seven-figure DTC health brand, which is where the standard comes from. There are no account managers and no junior handoffs here, and no layer between you and the person actually writing your page. That is why a build takes 48 hours instead of five weeks.

  • Seven-figure brandsThe size of the DTC operation we build for daily. Same work, same standard, without a five-figure monthly retainer on top.
  • Health and supplementsThe vertical we work in every day, so we already know the compliance line and where the claims stop.
  • Pages, not decksEverything we sell is something you can open in a browser and read.
Questions

Before you buy.

Why is this so much cheaper than the other funnel shops?

Because there is no overhead to carry and the build is priced as a build, not as a five-figure monthly retainer. The shops charging that are selling to brands spending fifty thousand a month on Meta, and they are worth it at that size. We built this for the tier under that, which those shops turn away.

Do I own the page if we stop working together?

Yes, entirely, from the day it ships. The copy, the design, the images and the domain are yours whether or not you take the monthly management. If you cancel management, nothing is taken away and nothing stops working. You just stop getting the monthly test round.

Will you need access to my Shopify?

No. The page is deployed on a separate domain, which is how these are supposed to run anyway. Your theme, your apps and your checkout are never touched. The page links into your existing product or cart URL.

Do you run the ads too?

No. We build the page and, if you want it, the creative that matches it. Your media buyer runs the account. That keeps the scope honest and keeps us out of a seat we would not add value in.

What if the page doesn't beat my product page?

We rebuild it on a different angle, at no charge, once. The first lead is a hypothesis and sometimes it is the wrong one, so that risk sits with us rather than with you.

The bar is defined up front so neither of us has to argue about it later. Send the page 2,000 visitors from the same ad you were already running, and we compare purchases per visitor against the product page over the same window. If the page is behind, we rebuild. Two thousand visitors is not a statistically significant test and we are not going to pretend it is, but it is enough to see which way a page is pointing, and it is a number a brand spending five figures a month can reach in a couple of weeks.

What we will not do is tell you it worked when the numbers say otherwise. If the second angle does not move it either, the honest answer is that the offer or the price is the problem and not the page, and we will tell you that instead of selling you a third one.

48 hours. Really?

Yes, because you are handing us the hard part. Your best performing ad already tells us which promise your market responds to, which is the research most of a week normally goes into. From there it is copy, design and build, and there is no account manager or junior handoff to route it through.

The clock starts when we have the ad and your product details, not when you pay.

What do you need from me?

Your best performing ad, the product it points at, and access to your reviews or support inbox if you have them. That is the whole list. No calls required, no brand deck, no logins.

How does payment work?

We quote on the call, then invoice by card through Stripe. Management is separate and optional, added only if you want it, never bundled in without you choosing it, and cancellable in one email.

It is normally paid in full, because the whole thing is delivered in 48 hours and a payment plan would outlast the project. If you would rather split it and pay the balance on delivery, say so on the call. We will not make it difficult.

Do you work outside health and supplements?

Yes, but that is where we are fastest, because we already know the research and the compliance limits. Outside it the work is the same and the first one takes longer.

How does it start?

Four questions, which take about a minute and exist so neither of us wastes a call. If your spend makes a page worth building, you pick a time and we quote on it. If it does not, the quiz tells you that instead of putting you through a pitch.

You can also just send the ad and we will come back with the angle we would build, before you pay anything.

Send us your best performing ad.

That ad already told us which promise your market responds to. Send it over and we will come back with the angle we would build underneath it, before you pay anything.

If you would rather talk it through, answer four questions and pick a time. If you already know you want one, you can .

Or email david@badflows.com if you would rather not fill in a form.

Under $2,000 a month we will tell you no. Not because of the price, but because there is not enough traffic yet to read a result.
