Short, because the site collects very little. Three fields and whatever your browser tells the ad platforms.
The form on the homepage takes three things: your email address, your store URL and a monthly Meta spend band. There is a fourth field in the markup named "website" which is a spam trap, hidden from you and ignored unless a bot fills it in.
The tick box beside the form is optional. Leave it unticked and your details are used to answer you about your own page and nothing else. Tick it and you also get the occasional note about landing pages and lifecycle, which you can leave at any time from the link at the foot of any email.
If you book a call instead, that booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly's own policy.
This site runs the Meta pixel. It records that a page was viewed, that a form was submitted and that a call was booked, along with the usual technical details a browser sends: page URL, referrer, approximate location from your IP, device and browser. Your email address is not sent to Meta, hashed or otherwise. The pixel sees the event, not who you are.
If you arrived from an ad, the click identifiers in the URL are held in your browser's own session storage so that a form you submit two pages later is still credited to the right ad. They are sent to us with the form and they are gone when you close the tab.
All of it stops before it starts if you run a tracking blocker, and nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a reason to keep them, which in practice means until you tell us to delete them or until the enquiry is plainly dead. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
Email david@badflows.com and say so. No form, no account to log into, no verification loop. Your record is deleted from the database and suppressed in Klaviyo, and you get a reply confirming it is done.
The same address works for a copy of everything held about you, or a correction to any of it.
There is no cookie banner because this site sets no cookies of its own. The Meta pixel and Calendly set their own when they load, which your browser settings and any blocker you run will govern.
This is a business to business site sold to people running supplement brands. It is not directed at anybody under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material gets an email to the list rather than a quiet edit.
Bad Flows, a one-person shop. Questions about any of this go to david@badflows.com and get an answer from a person. The commercial terms are on the terms page.
