What you are buying

The services described in your invoice, at the fee stated there. There are three of them and you can buy any one on its own. A pre-sell page is a long-form advertorial that sits between your ad and your product page, on a subdomain of your own domain. The capture is the email and SMS collection built into that page. The flows are Klaviyo and Postscript lifecycle work inside your own account. None of it is a redesign of your website, and none of it touches your store.

Where the engagement is ongoing, it is billed monthly at the fee stated on your invoice, with no lock-in and no minimum term. Popup work and Klaviyo or Postscript flow work are scoped in that invoice. Nothing ongoing is ever bundled into a one-off build without being named.

Every build includes the customer research, the copy, the design and build, the imagery, and deployment on a subdomain of your own domain. Testing after the page has taken real traffic is part of the monthly engagement described below, not part of a one-off build.

What we need from you, and when the clock starts

The capture is wired inside 24 hours and the page is live inside 48 hours. Both clocks start when we have all three of these, not when you pay:

If it takes you four days to send the ad, the page is live 48 hours from the fourth day. We will tell you in writing the moment the clock starts.

The guarantee, stated exactly

Send the page 2,000 visitors. If it has not beaten the product page you run now, we rebuild it once on a different angle at no charge.

How "beaten" is measured: purchases per visitor on the new page versus purchases per visitor on your product page, over the same window, on comparable traffic. You read both numbers in your own dashboard. We are not asking you to take our word for anything.

What 2,000 is and is not. It is a number you can check yourself and it is enough to see which way a page is going. It is not statistical significance, and we are not going to pretend it is. Proving a small lift to a statistician's standard takes tens of thousands of visitors, which is more traffic than this offer can reasonably ask of you.

The remedy is a rebuild, not cash. One free rebuild per page purchased, on a different angle. It carries the same 48 hour turnaround, and the guarantee does not stack onto the rebuild.

If the second angle does not move it either, we will tell you plainly that the problem is the offer or the price rather than the page, and we will not sell you a third one.

Refunds

Monthly management, if you take it

The monthly fee stated on your invoice. Each month you get one test round on the headline, lead and hero, flow and popup work as your offer changes, a written read of what moved and what we are trying next, hosting kept fast, and first call on the next month's build slots.

Cancel any time, in one email, with no notice period and no minimum term. Billing stops at the end of the current month and you are not charged again. There are no cancellation fees and nothing is clawed back.

Because it is billed monthly in advance for work delivered that month, part months are not refunded. If we have not done the month's work by the time you cancel, say so and we will refund that month in full.

Management does not include running your ad account, building new pages, or work on pages we did not build. New pages are scoped and invoiced separately.

What is not included

Ownership and hosting

The page, the copy, the design and the imagery are yours outright from the day it ships. It runs on a subdomain of a domain you already own, so the domain was always yours and we never hold it. There is no license on the build and nothing about the build to cancel. If you take the monthly and later cancel it, nothing is removed and nothing stops working.

We host the page at no extra cost for the first twelve months. Ending that is one DNS record you delete, on a store we never had access to in the first place. At any point, on request, we hand you the complete source files to host wherever you like. If you stop working with us, you keep everything.

Claims, compliance and your product

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your product, and for whether your claims are permitted in your market. We write from the facts you give us and from your own published material.

We work mostly in health and supplements, so we will flag anything that looks like it will get an ad rejected or a letter written. That is a courtesy and a professional read, and it is not legal or regulatory advice. If a claim matters to your business, have a lawyer look at it.

Confidentiality and publishing results

Everything you send us stays private. We do not share your ad account, your numbers or your product plans with anyone.

Before a build starts we ask, in writing, whether we may publish your before and after numbers with your brand name withheld. It is genuinely optional, saying no changes nothing about your build or your price, and if you say nothing at all the answer is no. If you say yes and later change your mind, email us and we will take it down.

Capacity

We take a small, fixed number of builds each month. When a month is full we say so on the call and give you the next date, rather than taking the work and quietly overselling. That is the only way the 48 hours stays a real promise instead of a slogan.

Fair use of our time

You are talking to the person building your page, and they answer you themselves. Unlimited revisions are not part of this, and neither is design by committee. Research decides the copy. If you want a page where you approve every sentence, we are the wrong fit and we would rather tell you that up front than take your money.

Governing terms

These terms are between you and Bad Flows. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law where you live.

Questions about any of this go to david@badflows.com and get an answer from a person.
